01. Delivery charge
Standard delivery is £5.00.
02. Delivery to homes and places of work
Standard delivery is £5.00 and we deliver to a number of postcodes; CR0, CR2, CR3, CR5, CR6, CR7, CR8, CR9, BR2, BR3, BR4, SE19 and SE25. If your postcode of interest is not listed, please give us a call on 0208 771 9013 (Shirley) or 0208 684 0777 (Whitehorse Road) and we may be able to assist you further. Please note that the delivery of funeral tributes takes priority Monday - Friday so we cannot give a set time for other deliveries.
03. Delivery to funeral directors
We offer free delivery to D A Lindsay & Sons, Co-op Funeralcare, Rowland Brothers, JB Shakespeare, A & J Morriss & Sons, Fishers and Francis Chappell for all TELEPHONE orders. If you order via the website which will automatically charge you £5.00 for delivery, we will make up the cost of delivery with extra flower. Please kindly note that whilst we do still deliver to Rowland Brothers, we have not been their recommended florist since October 2021. Any flower orders placed directly with Rowland Brothers after this time will not have been made by Lisa's Florist and we have no association with their current recommended florist.
04. Same day delivery/ Sunday delivery
MONDAY - SATURDAY; same day delivery guaranteed if ordered before 12pm. SUNDAY; any order received on this day will be delivered as soon as possible on Monday as we are closed on Sundays.
05. Delivery on high volume occasions/ weekends
On occasions such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas, when we expect a high volume of deliveries and orders, your flowers may be delivered a day earlier to ensure timely delivery. We may do this so that your loved one can enjoy their flowers a day earlier instead of much later on the day of delivery. Please call us to discuss if necessary.
